Final ride 2023 to Adriatic coast - Starigrad Paklenica

We carried out the final drive of the season along the Adriatic coast. Under the baton of Andrej (thank you Andrej), on Friday, October 13, 2023, the core of the ensemble from Žužemberk took a scenic route across Bela Krajina and Lika to the Stari Grad Paklenica, where we were joined by the rhythm section of husband and wife Fakuč and Šeruga (yes, that Šeruga ).In Paklenica we caught a beautiful sunset and a pleasant warm sea for swimming. Relaxed gatherings with good food, accompanied by an address by the President  Franci and with too many toasts, as always, the night ended too quickly.

For those of you who count quickly, it's no secret that there were thirteen of us in Paklenica on Friday the 13th (pictured: Marjan, Mojca, Andrej, Primož Vera, Katja, Rasti, Franci, Janja, Zvone, Rudi, Jolanda and Romana) and just as many of us happily drove on Saturday morning along the Adriatic highway, which never disappoints or skimps on motoring pleasures, through Sv. Juraj, Senj, Crikvenica via Delnice and Kočevje to the Rojc inn in Lašče, where we said goodbye after a hearty lunch and happily continued our journey to our homes.
